    Coulombic Karl Fischer moisture analyzer

The first product of Swiss WantongPortable Coulombic Moisture AnalyzerNow you can conduct moisture testing at any location you need!

  • Independent power supply, testing location no longer limited

  • Automatically detect samples and start moisture measurement automatically

  • Can be used in conjunction with a Karl Fischer furnace for difficult sample moisture determination

899 Coulombic Moisture AnalyzerThe rechargeable power box provides independent power supply, and a single charge can ensure the continuous and stable operation of the instrument for several hours.

  • Direct on-site sampling for more timely results

  • Direct on-site sampling and measurement result in more accurate and reliable results

  • No need to bring samples back to the laboratory, more convenient and efficient

Automatically sense the sample and start moisture measurement
899 Coulombic Moisture AnalyzerIt can thoughtfully "automatically sense samples", and once the sample enters the titration cell, it will immediately start measuring automatically.
Flexible upgrade, compatible with 860 and 885 Karl Fischer sample heating processors
After being used in conjunction with a Karl Fischer oven, the moisture in the sample is heated and separated, transported to a titration cell via a dry carrier gas, and then measured for moisture in the titration cell.

Characteristics of Karl Fischer Furnace:
Independent sealed sample bottle, suitable for direct sampling and sealing on site, without the need for sample transfer during measurement, resulting in more accurate results.
The headspace heating method has a small dead volume and minimal sample contamination.
860 type heating chamber and sample bottle volume are optional, allowing for different ranges of sample sizes.
Not all samples can be directly injected, and it is recommended to use it in conjunction with a Karl Fischer furnace when the following conditions exist.
The sample cannot be completely dissolved (plastic particles, polyester chips, artificial bones...)
Side reactions occur between the sample and Karl Fischer reagent (lubricant additives, samples containing aldehydes and ketones...)
Slow release of sample moisture
Sample moisture can only be released at high temperatures
The sample will contaminate the titration cell (lubricating grease...)
